These strong steel cables prevent hose whip in the event of accidental separation of coupling or clamp device.
WHIPCHEK® reaches across the hose fittings to provide stand-by safety for any type of hose. Spring loaded loops in the cable ends open easily to pass over the couplings, for firm grip on hose (see illustration below). Thoroughly tested with years of service.
Must be installed in the extended position (no slack).
Highly resistant to rust and corrosion. No tools needed; easy to install and remove.
