Blasting Wire

Our industry standard blasting wires and cables are available in a wide range of constructions, sizes, colors, and lengths, all customized to fit any particular use.

These wires are designed, engineered, produced, packaged and shipped to fill the needs of all electric and electronic blasting systems.

Insulation

• PVC – lower cost and higher flexibility. Lower abrasion resistance and elongation. Temperature tolerance: -2°C to 60°C.
• HDPE* – more resistant to abrasion and stable dielectric constant over all frequencies. Temperature tolerance: -20°C to 80°C.
• PP* – highly resistant to abrasion and higher elongation. Temperature tolerance: -20°C to 80°C.
• MDPE* – medium resistance to abrasion and fair elongation. Temperature tolerance: -20°C to 80°C
